For breakfast, this includes coffee and/or tea, pancake and/or tsampa porridge. For reasons of practicability, the meals offered for lunch and dinner are vegetarian and follow the monasteries' plan of lunch and dinner. Let yourself get surprised by the original and tasty Sherpa food.

While staying or resting in tea houses / lodges, visitors have a choice according to the local menu offered. In both types of rest places, monasteries and tea houses / lodges, beverages are included for breakfast and meals (either tea, coffee or hot water). In tea houses and lodges, further beverages, soft drinks and beer or other drinks as well as snacks are not included and may be ordered individually.
